Everything perfect. Friendly staff. Fast room service. Great location. Breathtaking mountain view. Excellent cleanliness. Good food.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. the hotel is located near Bhagsunag waterfall, which was a pleasant walk away.
The hotel's non-spicy food request was not met, which may be an issue for foreign visitors.

The hotel was very comfortable to stay in during my business trip. the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain views from the balcony and the rooftop restaurant. the staff were always smiling and helpful, and their service was excellent. the hotel was also in a great location, just a short walk away from the main attractions and shopping areas.
The hotel is situated on a busy street, and there was a lot of traffic noise outside. I also found it difficult to sleep at night as the curtains in my room did not block out all the light.

Great location, with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant experience. The food served in the restaurant is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.
The rooms are quite small and cramped, which can make it difficult for families travelling with children. Additionally, the lack of heaters in the room can make it quite cold during the winter months.

We had a wonderful stay, with some of the best aspects being the fantastic view of the mountains, friendly and attentive staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, and great location close to restaurants and shops in town. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour hot water, and complimentary laundry services. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to this city.
Everything was fantastic during our stay, and we couldn't find any negative aspects to mention. From the amenities to the service, everything exceeded our expectations and we were truly pleased with our experience.
